Day 1 — Nail your signature talk (the single big idea)
- Clarify your audience: list 1–3 ideal audience profiles (e.g., tech founders, HR leaders, university students).
- Define the single big idea: write one sentence that answers “What will they leave with?”
- Map 3 clear audience outcomes (what they’ll be able to do/measure after your talk).
- Deliverable: one-paragraph “big idea” + 3 outcome bullets + talk title options.
Day 2 — Build the opening (3 minutes) + core arc (10–15 min)
- Opening formula: hook → credential → story → promise. (Templates provided.)
- Core arc: problem → insight → proof → playbook → CTA. Keep each section 1–3 subpoints.
- Slide skeleton: 3–5 slides that carry the story (no text-walls).
- Rehearsal prompt: one short memory anchor for each section (stat/story/example).
- Deliverable: 3-minute opening script + 3-slide outline of the core talk.
Day 3 — Create your speaker kit & pricing
- Must-have assets: headshot spec, 100–150 word bio, 1-page speaker one-pager, topic list, sample fees or “starting at” line, contact CTA.
- Reel alternatives if you don’t have video: short clips from webinars, recorded client training, or a 60-second topic pitch.
- Testimonial request templates you can send to past clients/colleagues.
- Deliverable: draft speaker one-pager + short bio + “fee line” and testimonial request email.
Day 4 — Find the right stages & send pitches that get replies
- Targeting framework: 4 priority buckets (industry conferences, corporate L&D, meetups/associations, podcasts/webinars).
- Where to find leads: conference programs, LinkedIn event pages, speaker bureaus, local chambers, university event calendars.
- Pitch formula: Short subject + 2-sentence hook (big idea + outcome) + 1 social proof line + specific ask (date/topic) + one attachment (one-pager).
- 2 follow-up sequences: polite reminder + value add + last chance.
- Deliverable: prioritized list of 20 prospects and 5 personalized pitch drafts ready to send.
Day 5 — Convert, deliver, and scale bookings
- Negotiation checklist: fee anchors, travel, rider basics, payment terms, cancellation policy. (One-line scripts included.)
- Day-of delivery checklist: tech check, slide backups, opening timing, audience interaction plan, CTA to capture leads.
- Post-event follow-up: thank you + request for testimonial + referral ask + shareable assets.
- Growth loop: how to turn one great talk into 3 repeat bookings (organiser intro, podcast, corporate workshop).
- Deliverable: negotiation script, post-event follow-up email, 90-day pipeline plan template.
